This was a burst mains repair for Shoprite Checkers (Pty) Ltd Property Division at the Langverwacht shopping center
The team excavated the burst area, cut out a section of pipe and flanges and replaced it with 16 bar rated high-pressure blue pipe,
installed a new 160mm gate valve, and re-connected. Job took 6 hours
