The team pumped in tracer gas and walked over all the supply lines. The team found positive gas detection indicating that there was a burst.
The team excavated the area and found a 15mm Polycom line that had burst due to the fact that there were ground movement and shifting.
This allowed the pressure of a solid object to push against the pipe causing the burst.
Team replaced the section of pipe, backfilled, compacted and made good to complete the works
